How to save a folder in photoshop!?!?!?

Okey! , i just made some folders in photoshop (Useing this tutorial: [link])
But when i have saved them with Transparent bakground and in right size i think. But when i press on my new folder and go to change Icon > i can't locate it and use it , very annoying!
Please HELP!
